Forging New Lives, a leader in addiction recovery, seeks a compassionate and dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our care team. This role involves providing psychotherapy to individuals navigating the challenges of addiction recovery using a variety of evidence-based treatment methods. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to tailor interventions and support plans that promote sustainable recovery. Your commitment to patient-centered care and a holistic approach will be crucial in fostering long-term wellness and resilience among our clients. Conduct initial assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans. Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as CBT and DBT. Continually assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain thorough and confidential records of all client interactions. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Engage in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills. Expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Crisis intervention skills Capability to work both independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Professional Counselor in the state of practice Certification in CBT, DBT, or other relevant therapeutic approaches is preferred
