Position Title: Inside Sales

Henderson, CO
Monday through Friday

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a Customer Service Associate, you will take inbound calls to field customers concerns and questions, with a focus on processing and researching customer orders using our SAP computer system. This person may at times make outbound calls to proactively receive orders as well as complete research about the progress of an order. The representative may route calls to other departments if deemed necessary, and will work closely with AR, Admin, Sales Reps, and branches to resolve customer issues. The focus will be to use product knowledge, customer service tools, and acquired sales skills to effectively service each customer in a professional manner, ing the phone conversation.
In particular, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service to our walk in and remote customers
  
• Sells industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding supplies and related equipment to customers
  
• Advise customers on equipment and materials needed and procedures to follow to complete tasks they wish to perform.
  
• Arranges for delivery of cylinders and hard-goods.
  
• Assists in the warehouse as needed.

  • Computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of computer order entry systems.
    
  • Excellent communication skills.
    
  • Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
    
  • Ability to routinely lift 25 - 50 lbs., and occasionally lift 51 - 80 lbs., frequent bending.
    
  • Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours.
    
  • Must be able to work overtime, when necessary.
    
    PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
    
    • Setup and promotion of welding equipment and processes.
      
    • Some experience in handling compressed gases.
      
    • Customer service or sales experience.
      
      
      Pay range: $29.00 - $32.00

      Incentive pay: This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the following program: quarterly bonus program
