Located at the base of Golden Peak, Manor Vail Lodge offers instant
mountain access in the winter at Riva Bahn Express Lift (#6), home
to the Golden Peak Ski School base and the main access point to
Vail's Golden Peak Terrain Park as well as Northwoods Chair (#11)
access (a local's favorite). It also offers the quickest access to
the Back Bowls and Blue Sky Basin.
Front Desk Agent
* Assists checking in/out owners and guests while assisting them
with questions throughout their stay.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.
Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
Issues room key and assist guests with directions and an overview
of property and amenities.
Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services; registration of
guests; and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel
Keeps records of room availability and guests' accounts.
Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to
Deposits guests' valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box.
Completes shift check list as assigned.
