Acts as store department lead and helps ensure the department had appropriate inventory levels. Job Specifications: - Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr - Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 - Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available - Housing Availability: No Job Responsibilities: - Generate sales, and demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service - Responsible for opening and closing store - Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth - Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals - Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies - Manage sales floor team and rental process - Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication - Provide great customer service to all guests - Ensure pricing is accurate and current including any and all promotions - Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise - Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: - Previous retail sales experience - required - Previous snow sport industry experience - preferred - Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - required - Ability to maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry - Commitment to exceptional customer service - Basic computer skills - Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends – required - Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $24.73/hr.
