LOCATION: Denver Tech Center

SCHEDULE: Looking for a Jr. IT Technician who can work 3-4 days/week, Monday-Thursday (days are flexible), about 6-7 hours/day, starting time around 9:00 to 9:30 am. Total of 20-23 hours/week.

START DATE/END DATE: Duration of project approximately 3 months.

PAY RANGE: $19 - $21/hour

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Globus family of brands is headquartered in the Denver Tech Center. We are an international tour operator with about 375 associates, most of whom work remotely and are located throughout the US. The Jr. IT Technician will be helping the IT department with a full equipment refresh to all our associates. Working to install and test computer desktops and laptops aiming for the highest functionality. The goal is to build, refresh, test, box, unbox and ship desktops and laptops. Also ship occasional monitors, keyboard, mice, USB Cameras, and USB Headsets.

JR. IT TECHNICIAN JOB DUTIES:

• Receive incoming equipment shipments.
• Set up workstations with computers and any necessary peripheral devices.
• Image workstations and follow script.
• Check/test functionality. System login, launch Citrix Published Apps.
• Prepare equipment for shipping.
• Repurpose reusable equipment, Recycle all others.
• Enter all computers and assets into the Asset management system. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven basic experience with desktops.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows11 and imaging software.
  • Microsoft Suite, (MFA) Microsoft Authenticator and Dell hardware.
    • Excellent communication ability.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
      
      PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Asset management experience.
      • Knowledge of Kace, Microsoft Intune, n-Able or ManagedEngine.
