- Full Time Positions General Maintenance The Tivoli is a small boutique hotel at the heart of Vail Village looking for a motivated individual that has a minimum of 2 years experience in maintenance. This should include HVAC, painting, staining, basic electrical, and plumbing knowledge. This is a full-time position for someone willing to work a maximum of 40 hours a week. Works well with other employees. --- Maintenance in F&B space, guest rooms, landscaping --- Maintains and updates the work order system --- Tactical planning for special events --- Maintains workshop for tools and supplies --- Participates in forward-thinking that will benefit the overall property in terms of safety, functionality, and aesthetic - Houseperson Keeps all guest corridors, stairways, lobby and public areas neat, clean, vacuumed and dusted, cleans public restrooms, cleans all linen closets on each floor, empties trash from room attendant carts on each floor, stocks all room attendant carts with proper supplies, restocks guestroom supplies in the linen closet weekly, separates linen into laundry carts, maintains inventory of all guest supplies, offers all assistance possible to the guests, delivers any guest supplies to rooms if needed (pillows, blankets, toiletries, roll-a-way beds and cribs etc.) Benefits include: Bus Pass.
