globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your
technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects
from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan
requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and
communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the
company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses
and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the
technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Google

highly distributed teams, and ensuring seamless execution from

impact billions of users across the world. The US base salary range
for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work
location and additional factors, including job-related skills,
experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can

collaboration and accountability across federated teams. Influence
stakeholders across multiple organizations to align on outcomes
that serve the best interests of Google. Apply strong technical
judgment to navigate complex trade-offs, resolve stakeholder
conflicts, and mitigate critical program risks. Facilitate
effective decision-making to maintain program momentum. Partner
with Directors and Managers across Engineering and Product to
streamline operational processes, simplify execution, and manage
objectives and key results (OKRs) for the pillar. Drive continuous
improvement, and introduce best practices for reproduceability and
scalability in a dynamic environment. Create visibility for program
progress and bridge communication gaps across pillars.
