Customer Care Associate - Salary is commensurate with experience starting at $22 per hour. If you enjoy talking and helping customers, in a high-end retail environment, over the phone then this job is for you! The Customer Care Associate will work in Eagle-Vail, CO in our call center. Duties of the Customer Care Associate include: The Customer Care Associate answers phones in a welcoming client focused environment, which includes properly greeting and acknowledging every customer call. Communicate with customer via emails, live chats, phone calls, and letters. Demonstrate strong product knowledge, merchandise, promotions, and policies regarding payment and exchanges. Capture meaningful customer data into Customer Relations Management system (CRM for Store Sales also) to build relationships and personalize future client development. Adhere to all the health and safety procedures. Flexible schedule: hours of operations are 7am - 7pm. 6-8 hours shifts, day shifts, weekends, and holidays are available. A qualified candidate for the Customer care associate will possess: Previous experience in luxury retail & ski wear, customer service, or other related fields. Engaging communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with general navigation of computers. Enjoy working in a team setting and helping other departments when needed.
