Reporting into the Director, P&P Shared Services, you will manage a team in driving the operational excellence across our Americas benefits programs (Brazil, Canada, Mexico, US). You will lead the team in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring our employees experience top notch service. Your domain will include health, income protection, retirement, well-being, time away and leave programs. What you'll bring Ten years minimum in a benefits management capacity with a company size of 5,000 employees or more. Our employees and their families are our customers, and we have a passion for a great experience interacting with our benefit programs. Must have extensive experience with ERISA, COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA, Paternity/Maternity leave, ACA and other benefits compliance requirements. Customer-centric, organized and detail-oriented. Ability to partner cross functionally within the organization and externally with vendor partners effectively. Experience with HR systems, Excel, Analytical skills. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability How you will lead Lead a team of benefits analysts on driving meaningful engagement for employees and families through the delivery of world-class benefit programs. Manage Benefits Operations end to end, including outsourced vendors, ensuring accurate records are maintained and optimal employee support is provided. Ensure the administration of the benefits programs are in line with company policies, plan documents, and applicable regulations. Partner with IT to establish and improve upon technology solutions that will enable us to scale as we grow and provide a seamless employee experience. Evaluate Administration vendor performance against contract provisions, service level agreements and plan administration - ensuring vendor administration matches Intuit's benefit plan design. Work closely with our Payroll team to ensure efficient and employee friendly processes resulting in accurate benefits deductions from employee paychecks and that employee accounts get properly funded (e.g. 401K, HSA, FSA). Partner with our HR Connect team to respond to escalated employee issues. Provide analytic insights on employee questions and administrative needs, partnering with vendors as needed (Alight, Accolade, Darwin) and the HR Connect team. Manage annual enrollments (Health & Welfare, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Program), partnering with the broader Benefits and Shared Services teams as needed. Work closely with internal and external communication teams in creating employee tools for understanding their benefits and making election decisions. Partner with the Benefits Managers on compliance audits, required filings, and all other compliance related initiatives as required. Develop system test cases, oversee testing by outsourced vendors. Conduct audits of data to ensure processes and policies are being managed effectively and data quality is maintained/improved amongst internal and external systems. Oversee vendor billing data including reconciliation, validation, payment and budget reporting. Drive RFPs, vendor selection and implementations Continually identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and the operational efficiency of our programs.
