Lead high performing team by developing comprehensive succession plan that leverages team members based on individual strengths, development needs and career aspirations. Manage communication with stakeholder in an effective manner to generate accurate and timely results with deliverable requests. Work in partnership with Management with implementing recommendations to maximize profit potential Compile & prepare a comprehensive monthly report narrating the financial performance of the Resort. Familiar with industry applications used in the financial management of the Resort, including but is not limited to, Inntopia, RTP, InfoGenesis, SMS, Ulti Pro, Medallia, D365, Workday, and Microsoft Suite Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example. Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements Other duties, as assigned Minimum skills, experience, education and ability required for this job: Bachelors degree or relevant experience required. Previous progressive experience leading a hospitality finance team in a decentralized environment required Masters degree in Finance including MSF, MBA or MAC Professional certifications as CPA, CMA, CGMA, or CFA preferred Must have a high degree of professional integrity, and be able to work in a safe manner, with minimal supervision Ability to problem solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers Ability to be a consistent role model for companys Service Excellence standards Physical Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Communicate clearly in English, both verbal / non-verbal, and written Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Miscellaneous information: This is a salaried exempt position and is not subject to overtime pay Position requires working weekends and holidays as needed Employment for this job is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check Cover letter and resume required Pursuant to county and/or state orders and company policies, every employee is required to self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms, practice social distancing, wash hands frequently, wear a mask per current guidelines, self-report and call in immediately and stay home if sick and assist with sanitizing and disinfecting work areas. Employees must follow all resort mitigation plans and protocols, which can be found posted on resort buildings and on Beekeeper The base salary pay range below represents the low and high end of the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation salary pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel. The range listed is just one component of Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporations total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many region-specific benefits.
