Primary responsibilities include: acting as liaison and coordinating information between the Executive Team and Operational Managers, Supervisors and outside vendors. The Executive Assistant is privy to confidential information and is responsible for proper dissemination, organization and storage of such information. Position responsibilities include: - Schedule meetings and manage the calendar for the Hotel General Manager - Assist with meeting preparation, the development of a clear agenda, task tracking, document preparation, developing presentations and organizing team training topics - Record and organize all meeting notes - Assist General Manager, Homeowner Relations Manager, Rooms Director and Food and Beverage Director in communicating information across departments - Assists Arrabelle Executive Committee with administrative needs such as payroll, job postings, and computer/program access - Gather, analyze and delegate responses from post-stay surveys and delegate response where necessary - Prepare and distribute monthly guest satisfaction report - Assist in reviewing and managing Social Media content and feedback - Assist managers in understanding the RockResorts Brand standards - Elevate the employee experience through administrating property recognition programs and organizing employee trainings and recognition events - Assist with new employee welcome trainings and onboarding to the property - Support associate communications through emails, flyers, bulletin boards, and attending department meetings - Review specific training completion results and reports with People Leaders, document and record required compliance training - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred - Must be able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required - Previous administrative experience required - Previous guest service experience preferred - Previous office, administrative or front desk experience preferred - Must work efficiently and prioritize while maintaining superior levels of guest service in a high pressure, busy office environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication - Ability to work as part of a team, multi-task and adapt to change easily - Strong commitment to guest service and understanding the needs of our guests (our employees) - Previous Vail Resorts experience preferred - Familiarity with Vail Mountain and/or Vail Hospitality preferred - Peoplesoft & SuccessFactors knowledge preferred - Bilingual English/Spanish preferred The budgeted range starts at $16.00 - $24.00 . Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
