What You'll Do Every Day As a Warehouse Worker, you're at the heart of our distribution team keeping products moving and operations running smoothly: Properly counts finished product cases from production. Packages finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling). Stages finished product for loading. Loads finished product onto truck. Unloads raw materials from truck. Receives inbound raw materials. Moves raw materials to warehouse storage. Responsible for quality control; no damaged product is sent out. No damaged raw material is accepted in. Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs). Completes daily logs. Communicates with operators from other shifts. Cleans and maintains work area. Turns off and locks out equipment when not in use. Understands the management of Quality Systems and is familiar with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of a safe and quality product(s). Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor. What We're Looking For Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends if necessary. Must be able to read and write in either English or Spanish. Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment. Able to stay focused in a loud working environment. Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment requiring strict work/safety rules 100% of the time. Demonstrates experience with loading trailers. Must pass Forklift training and receive certification. Demonstrates safe forklift and electric walking pallet jack operations.
