Job Description Job Description Secondary Operations / Deburr Technician Blueprint Advanced Manufacturing (BAM) Denver, Colorado www.BlueprintAdvancedMFG.com Position Overview Blueprint Advanced Manufacturing (BAM) is a Colorado-based precision machining and production manufacturing company serving industrial and commercial customers. We are seeking a Secondary Operations / Deburr Technician to support part finishing, quality, and production flow across the shop. This role is a strong fit for either : An entry-level candidate with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn manufacturing skills, or An experienced secondary operations technician who understands the importance of quality, consistency, documentation, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Secondary Operations & Finishing Hand deburring and edge breaking Bead blasting Honing operations CNC saw operation Assembly and light mechanical work Helicoil and insert installation Part marking and engraving Surface grinder and arbor press operation Material Handling & Support Receiving and staging material Packaging and preparing parts for shipment Shelving parts for customer release / call-off programs Operating pallet jacks; forklift operation preferred Quality & Documentation Support Working from part prints, routers, and work instructions Supporting inspection and quality requirements Using ProShop ERP for job tracking, documentation, and routing Identifying defects and escalating quality concerns appropriately Maintaining cleanliness and organization in secondary operations areas Who We’re Looking For We are open to both entry-level and experienced candidates . Ideal traits include: Strong work ethic and reliability High attention to detail and pride in quality Willingness to perform repetitive or detail-oriented tasks consistently Desire to learn and improve Positive attitude and team-first mindset Respect for processes, documentation, and safety Preferred Experience (Not Required) Ability to read, understand, and follow part print requirements Experience with secondary machining or finishing operations Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles (5S, waste reduction, continuous improvement) Exposure to ISO 9001 / AS9100 quality systems Prior quality or inspection experience , including dimensional verification Use of hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing environment Forklift experience Experience working in a regulated or documented production environment Requirements Valid driver’s license Driving record sufficient for company vehicle insurance Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work Basic computer skills (training provided for ProShop ERP) Schedule Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts or Tuesday–Friday, 10-hour shifts Potential future transition to swing shift as the company grows Pay & Benefits Starting Pay Range: $19.29 – $24.00 per hour (DOE) Benefits Include: Health insurance options 401(k) with voluntary company match (targeting 3%) Paid time off and holidays Profit sharing (company performance dependent) Clear growth pathways into manufacturing support, quality, or leadership roles Company Description Blueprint Advanced Manufacturing is a leading precision production manufacturing company based in Denver, Colorado.
