Job Description Job Description Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate Attorney Location: Florham Park, New York, Philadelphia, Princeton, Washington, D.C., Wilmington, Fort Myers, Chicago, Des Moines, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Dallas, Scottsdale, Boulder, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco Direct Counsel is seeking a litigation associate to join a leading Am Law 100 firm with a national Finance & Restructuring practice. This team provides integrated and strategic legal counsel on complex financial matters, including financial litigation, corporate debt restructurings, and related transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of litigation experience at a large law firm, with exposure to finance and restructuring matters being preferred. Key Qualifications: 3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally from an Am Law 100 firm Exposure to finance, restructuring, or insolvency matters is preferred Exceptional legal writing and research skills Strong academic background and analytical ability Licensed in good standing in the jurisdiction of one of the firm’s U.S. offices or eligible for admission Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000 – $300,000 , depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
