Job Description Job Description Job Responsibilities: You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of critically ill patients. You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions. You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results. You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders. Job Requirements (Med-Surg): Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse or appropriate compact licensure (FL RN license required within 60 days of hire) Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required Strong critical thinking, service excellence, communication, and computer skills ICU REQUIREMENTS (ICU only): Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required Candidates will be considered for MICU, SICU, or CSU AHA ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer SOB - up to 25K Relocation on a case-by-case basis Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
