The Event Services Set Up Supervisor is responsible for making the
function space visually appealing for the event. This may include
linen and table setting, food and beverage setting, organization
and storage of banquet equipment to prevent damage. Other duties
include oversight of the general banquet preparation, room
refreshes, and maintaining a sanitary environment. This person may
assist in scheduling required staff for banquet set up duties. This
position starts at $19 per hour plus a portion of the service
charge .
