Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range for this full-time position is $246,000-$274,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.

Certification Requirements

Board Certified

State License Requirements

Colorado

Additional License Requirements

COVID Vaccination, 3+ years' experience in Primary Care

Mandated Requirements

Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
Active CO license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
3+ plus years experience employment in Primary Care - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED
COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
