Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Longmont, CO at a skilled nursing facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado Physical Therapy license required prior to start of assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required; bring current card if requested. Recent experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience providing restorative therapy, fall prevention programs, and skilled PT documentation preferred. Client requires candidates able to work a 32 hour per week schedule and provide services five days per week as described in order notes. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Typical Schedule: 4x8 day shifts (32 hours per week) with five days of clinical coverage per week.
