Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated Full Time
Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our diverse team of healthcare
professionals. Our RNs play a critical role in providing

outcomes in our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health,
and hospice agencies. As part of our team, you will collaborate
with skilled professionals to deliver comprehensive nursing
services tailored to individual patient needs. We prioritize
continuous professional development and support in a dynamic and
fulfilling work environment. Assess patient condition by monitoring
vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to treatments. Administer
medications, track patient response, and modify care plans as
needed. Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
treatment, and home care strategies. Maintain patient records and
communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure
comprehensive care. Participate in professional development
activities and maintain current nursing best practices. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
