Job Description Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2 years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. This role offers an opportunity to support a high-volume orthopedic trauma and multi-specialty surgical unit with a dynamic and skilled team environment. The position is based in Englewood, CO, and provides exposure to a diverse range of cases including orthopedics, robotics, neuro/spine, plastics, ENT, urology, and Level 1 trauma. Key Responsibilities: Assist surgical teams in orthopedic trauma, robotic surgeries, and various specialty cases. Maintain sterile fields and ensure all surgical instruments are available and functioning. Collaborate with charge nurses and house supervisors to support efficient surgical flow. Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies. Participate in a 2-day unit-specific orientation to become fully integrated into the team. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current Colorado Division of Occupational Regulation Agency (DORA) license. Experience in robotics and trauma surgery is a must. Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with mostly self-scheduling options. Ability to respond to call within 2 hours when required. Reliable transportation within a 60-mile radius and possession of a valid drivers license. Schedule: 12-hour shifts available: 7a-7p, 9a-9p, and 7a-5p. Weeknight and holiday call required; no weekend call unless additional assistance is needed. Flexible, mostly self-scheduled shifts ensuring a good work-life balance.
