Job Description:

Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Acute
Care Virtual Health team. This role is pivotal in providing
top-tier virtual healthcare services, allowing patients to receive
excellent care remotely. By joining our team, you contribute to our

solutions. This position requires a unique blend of clinical
expertise and technological proficiency to manage patient care
virtually, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and compassionate
interactions. Perform patient assessments and monitor health status
remotely using virtual health tools. Collaborate with healthcare
team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and virtual
treatment options through digital platforms. Maintain detailed
patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and standards. Participate in the development of patient care
protocols and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Provide emergency support and instructions until in-person care can
be administered if necessary. Proficiency in using electronic
health record (EHR) systems Strong communication skills for
effective patient interaction via digital platforms Ability to
assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate interventions
remotely Skills in multitasking and critical thinking in a
fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR certification. Certification in
telehealth or virtual care nursing, if available.
