Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Adolescent Behavioral
Health Nurse to join our compassionate team. This role focuses on
delivering specialized nursing care and support to adolescents
experiencing a variety of behavioral health issues. Working within
our extensive network of care facilities, this position plays a
critical role in our mission to improve human life by offering
targeted, therapeutic interventions and ongoing support in a
patient-centered environment. Assess and evaluate adolescent
patient health needs and mental status. Develop and implement
detailed care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive
patient care. Educate patients and their families on management of
their condition and healthy practices. Maintain patient
confidentiality and documentation as per healthcare regulations.
Strong psychiatric and mental health knowledge. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage crises
and make quick decisions under pressure. Compassionate patient care
with a focus on adolescent development. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMH-BC) preferred.
