Job Description:
Swedish Medical Center, a leader in the healthcare industry and
part of the HealthONE network, is searching for a dedicated and
experienced RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Cardiac ICU. This
pivotal role supports our mission of providing exceptional
patient-centered care by supervising the nursing staff and ensuring
high-quality standards and efficiency in our cardiac intensive care
unit. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cardiac
care, adept at multitasking and leading in high-stress situations
while maintaining our commitment to cutting-edge treatments and
compassionate patient care. Coordinate patient care in the Cardiac
ICU, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and quality standards.
Supervise and mentor ICU nursing staff, fostering a collaborative
environment. Implement and evaluate new health care techniques in
the ICU setting. Manage patient data and confidentiality with
utmost integrity. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to
develop customized care plans for patients. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Participate in ongoing
professional development and staff training. Strong leadership and
organization skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficient in ICU and cardiac care Ability to handle
high-stress environments Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
standards Proficient with healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance

registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
