Intermountain Healthcare is inviting dedicated and highly skilled Respiratory Therapists to join our Traveler Team across various locations in Utah. As an integral part of our respiratory care team, you will address diverse patient needs by evaluating and managing therapy for patients with respiratory disorders. This role implies traveling to various Intermountain Healthcare facilities to deliver expert care where it is most needed, ensuring adherence to our mission of offering high-quality and innovative medical services. Assess patient's respiratory care needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Administer and monitor therapeutic gases, medications, mechanical ventilation and other respiratory therapy procedures. Evaluate patient responses to treatments and modify plans as needed. Document patient care and maintain accurate records. Travel between various Intermountain facilities to provide care. Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and treatment plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Proficient in the use of respiratory care equipment and therapies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to work in multiple healthcare settings. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Respiratory Therapist license. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification, Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.
