Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit health system in Colorado, is
looking for an experienced and compassionate Travel RN to join our
dedicated Oncology team. This position offers the opportunity to
work across various UCHealth cancer centers, providing
high-quality, specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a
supportive and dynamic environment. Our staff benefit from

of our patients. Provide direct and specialized nursing care to
oncology patients. Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and
other medications following established protocols. Monitor patient
response to treatments and report any complications. Educate
patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans,
and preventive care. Coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Maintain
accurate patient records and prepare reports on patient status.
Assist in research related to cancer treatments and care. Strong
clinical skills in oncology nursing. Excellent patient assessment
capabilities. Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and
managing side effects. Ability to work effectively in an
interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and educational
skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the
state of Colorado. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) certifications required.
