Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading Colorado-based nonprofit healthcare system,
seeks a dedicated Travel RN to join our Emergency Services team
specializing in Freestanding Emergency Departments (FSED) during
night shifts. This role requires a compassionate professional with
exceptional clinical skills to manage the unique challenges of
emergency medical care outside the traditional hospital emergency
room environment. The Travel RN will work in different locations
within the UCHealth system, utilizing their expertise to provide
top-class emergency care and support to patients during nighttime
hours. Assess, plan, and administer patient care tailored to
individual health conditions in a FSED environment. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through
effective communication and clinical skills. Maintain accurate
documentation of patient care, condition, and response to
treatment. Utilize specialized knowledge and skills to provide
swift, competent care during emergencies. Adhere to all facility
policies and procedures while upholding the standards of the
nursing profession. Expertise in emergency nursing practices and
protocols. Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using
medical software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or ability
to obtain. Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
