Job Description:
UCHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel RN for our
Acute Cardiac Unit to provide exceptional care during the night
shift. Based in Colorado, UCHealth is renowned for delivering
patient-centered care across an extensive network of hospitals and
outpatient facilities. In this role, you will be pivotal in
administering critical care to patients with acute cardiac
conditions, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care
during critical nighttime hours. This position offers a unique
opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment, leveraging
state-of-the-art technology to enhance patient outcomes. Monitor
and care for patients within the Acute Cardiac Unit, ensuring
adherence to all facility protocols. Administer medications,
document patient status, and respond swiftly to any changes in
patient condition. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
plan and coordinate effective patient care strategies. Educate
patients and their families about condition management and
preventive measures. Participate in continuous education to stay
current with the latest in cardiac care best practices. Proficiency
in cardiac care nursing Ability to work effectively in
high-pressure situations Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Expertise in utilizing modern medical technology Capable of
independent decision-making Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certified ACLS
certification preferred
