Job Description Job Description We are seeking a full-timeNurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative
SleepMedicine and Pulmonology practice near Denver, CO. This role
offers closecollaboration with an established sleep lab and
multidisciplinary teams toprovide high-quality outpatient care with
potential inpatient consults. Schedule: Primarily
outpatient;potential inpatient consults Weekday clinic
hours;minimal call Sleep Medicine: Conduct comprehensive
sleepevaluations, including detailed sleep histories and physical
examinations Assist in the diagnosis andmanagement of sleep
disorders, including obstructive sleep apnea and othercomplex
sleep-related conditions Interpret sleep studyresults in
collaboration with sleep physicians Manage PAP therapy,including
initiation, troubleshooting, and ongoing patient education
Coordinate care with sleeplab staff, DME providers, and respiratory
therapy Pulmonology: Evaluate, diagnose, andmanage common pulmonary
conditions, including: Asthma Chronic ObstructivePulmonary Disease
Provide evidence-basedtreatment plans and longitudinal pulmonary
care Participate in inpatientpulmonary or sleep-related consults as
needed Collaborate with physiciansand multidisciplinary teams to
optimize patient outcomes Requirements: Graduate of an accredited
NPor PA program Colorado license (oreligible), national board
certification, DEA (or eligible) Strong interest orexperience in
Sleep Medicine and Pulmonology Preferred: Prior sleep orpulmonary
experience; PAP therapy and sleep lab workflow familiarity
Compensation & Benefits: $115,000–$145,000 annually Health, dental,

allowance,malpractice coverage Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive sleepevaluations and manage sleep-related disorders
Collaborate with sleep labstaff and assist with sleep study
interpretation Manage PAP therapy andcoordinate with DME providers
Evaluate and treat pulmonaryconditions, including Asthma and COPD
Participate in selectinpatient consults as needed
