Excellence every day. Compensation & Scheduling: Competitive Pay:
$70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit Start of Care Visits: Up to $120
per SOC Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week Flexible
Schedule: Designed to support a healthy work-life balance while
meeting your professional goals Key Responsibilities: Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans Conduct evaluations using
standardized assessments and clinical expertise Provide therapy
focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional goals Educate
patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated,

organization. Requirements A valid Occupational Therapist license
in Colorado. Proven experience in home health or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in
electronic medical record documentation. A flexible and adaptive
