Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within an elementary school in Denver, CO, serving students in the Adams 12 School District. This contract position spans from March 19, 2026, to May 22, 2026, providing valuable experience supporting young learners in a dynamic educational environment. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with educators and families to support student progress. The caseload primarily consists of elementary-aged children, with a focus on fostering communication skills crucial for academic success. Candidates must hold an active SLP licensure and a valid Colorado Department of Education certification. Clinical Fellowship Candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible for this role. Key Qualifications: Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure Colorado DOE certification Experience or interest in working with elementary-aged children Ability to manage a full-time caseload (35 hours weekly) Strong communication and collaboration skills Open to Clinical Fellowship Candidates This position requires on-site presence at the assigned elementary school and offers a supportive professional setting. While this is a contract role with a defined timeline, the district actively seeks qualified candidates to meet student needs, with some flexibility in the interview and start process.
