Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 32 Experience: One year operating
room experience required License: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in
the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) required Must-Have: Must possess, or be able to
obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete
online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access
online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment,
etc. Must have working knowledge of the English language, including
reading, writing, and speaking Description: This position assumes
responsibility and accountability for providing nursing care for
patients and their families. Compassionate, individualized nursing
care for patients and families is expected. Collaborate with
providers, staff, and other members of the team to achieve optimal
patient outcomes. Oversee the daily patient flow to optimize
patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Demonstrate the ability to
triage incoming patient requests for services. Deliver patient
education to facilitate the plan of care, informed healthcare
choices, and promote optimal wellness. Demonstrate the ability to
delegate care appropriately and according to state statutes.
Demonstrate competent healthcare assessment skills, prioritizing
skills, and critical thinking skills. Handle high telephone volume
of patient requests for medications, information, and assistance.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in
procedures as needed, consistently adhering to patient safety
guidelines. Coordinate patient care with other physician practices
and others as needed to achieve the highest possible level of
patient care and satisfaction. Demonstrate the ability to work
independently with minimal supervision. Deliver excellent service
by utilizing a Relationship-Based Care approach to advocate for
safety, patient preferences, and optimal communication through
partnering with patients and families. Role model the principles of
