Castle Peak is a 44-bed senior living community providing Short-Term Rehabilitative, Long-term & Memory Care, nestled in the mountains of Eagle, CO. We are passionate about what we do and invite you to join our team today!This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position offering a $10,000 Bonus!Pay Range: $87,000 - $110,000 / year depending on experience Assistant Director of Nursing, ADON responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing with management and compliance of the nursing department. Meet high standards in the areas of administering and supervising health care services. Assume responsibility and authority for the administration of the department in the absence of the DON. Mentor RN and direct care team in quality care and customer service. Complete regular compliance audits and initiate training for improvement. Perform additional tasks as needed. Assistant Director of Nursing, ADON skills and requirements: Must be a RN in good standing and licensed in Colorado or any state that is a part of the Nurse Licensure Compact. Practices nursing in accordance with the CO Nurse Practice Act. BLS/ CPR Certificate. Knowledge of State and federal regulations. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work hands-on with residents.
