Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Pay- $21/hr Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator capable of setting up, operating, and performing changeovers on CNC machines, including Gas Cut, Plasma, and Press machines. The role primarily involves operating milling machines, specifically from brands such as Fidal, Blue Star, and Haas. Proficiency in basic math skills to calculate dimensions and interpret blueprints and drawings is essential. Responsibilities Setup, operate, and changeover CNC machines. Operate milling machines from brands like Fidal, Blue Star, and Haas. Calculate dimensions and interpret blueprints and drawings. Essential Skills 2 years of CNC Machine Operating experience is preferred. Basic math skills for dimension calculations. Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings. Strong attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications No formal education required; high school diploma or GED is suitable. Proficiency in using tape measures and calipers. Must have proper PPE, including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, long sleeve shirts, and metatarsals. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
