Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Senior
Commercial Project Manager leads commercial roof-mount and
utility-scale ground-mount solar PV projects from inception through
closeout, while also serving as a resource to the broader
Commercial Operations Team and a mentor to the Project Management
team. This role requires deep experience in the solar industry,
strong commercial and contractual acumen, and the ability to
coordinate complex, cross-functional project activities. Key
Responsibilities Direct Project Management: Lead and manage client
relationships from kickoff to commissioning and closeout. Develop,
maintain, and deliver project scope, schedule, budget, and risk
management plans. Oversee design, permitting, interconnection, and
procurement activities. Negotiate and actively manage subcontracts.
Manage project cash flow, including client billing and
subcontractor/vendor invoicing. Coordinate daily with Project
Managers, Construction Managers, and field team leaders to ensure
project progress and confirmation of adequate resources to meet the
schedule requirements. Monitor construction progress and implement
corrective actions as needed. Manage cost impacts, change orders,
and contractual compliance. Ensure high-quality QA/QC, site safety,
commissioning, and turnover documentation are happening at all
projects. Lead project closeout activities and deliver all final
documentation. Facilitate lessons-learned reviews for sales and
operations project team members for continuous organizational
improvement. Team & Organizational Leadership: Lead weekly
cross-functional project status meetings. Facilitate weekly PM
support meetings. Mentor Project Managers and support professional
development and HR-related needs. Own and maintain the overall
Commercial Installation Schedule. Support Sales by providing
contract review, preliminary budget feedback, and proposed
construction schedules. Serve as the Procore Project Management
subject-matter expert for the Commercial Team. Essential Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities Undergraduate Degree in engineering, project
management, construction management, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three years of direct, relevant commercial solar
industry experience. Demonstrated success delivering complex solar
PV projects. Strong understanding of commercial contracting,
permitting, interconnection, and construction processes. Excellent
organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional
written and verbal communication skills. Self-directed and able to
work independently. Willingness to travel to project sites as
required. Ability to read and interpret commercial solar drawings
and specifications. Tenacious, solutions-oriented problem-solver.
Highly articulate, proactive, and able to learn quickly. Proven
ability to navigate complexity with calm and clarity. Commitment to

thinking. Preferred Qualifications PMP Certification Prior Procore
experience Fluency and advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite

Physical Demands & Work Environment This role routinely uses
standard office equipment and requires prolonged periods of sitting
and working at a computer. The position may involve occasional
visits to job sites, warehouses, and rooftops to observe work,
conduct check-ins, or support operations. Employee must be able to
lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and safely navigate active work
sites. Primary work is performed in an office setting with periodic
time in the field. Work may require travel between Namaste Solar's
Denver and Longmont offices and to customer sites across the state.
Field work may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and
typical construction/site hazards; safety protocols must be
followed at all times. Position Closing As per Colorado State Law,
we must communicate a closing date. We plan to keep this position
