Job Description Job Description We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee high-end custom home and renovation projects from preconstruction through completion. This role focuses on schedule control, subcontractor coordination, and quality execution to deliver detailed, high-end residential builds. What You’ll Do Manage custom home and remodeling projects from kickoff through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Oversee daily jobsite activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met Communicate with clients, designers, and internal teams to manage scope and expectations Requirements Experience managing high-end residential construction or renovation projects Strong understanding of residential construction means and methods Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and detailed schedules Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and quality Professional, client-facing communication skills Benefits Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays Opportunities for long-term growth and advancement Involvement in high-end custom residential projects Supportive, quality-driven work environment
