Job Description Job Description Hiring Fabricators Our team is growing and looking for motivated Fabricators/Welders to join our team on Second Shift in our brand?new, state?of?the?art facility. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm (OT as needed) Pay: $20–$24/hr $1.50/hr shift differential Location: Aurora, CO We design and build custom conveyors, stairs, handrails, and other industrial metal structures. Our team works on a wide range of projects, from light?gauge steel to heavy structural components. Position Responsibilities: Perform MIG welding on light?gauge to structural steel components Interpret and work directly from engineer blueprints and welding symbols Measure, cut, prep, and fit materials prior to welding Participate in prep department tasks, including grinding, deburring, and general labor Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, drill presses, brake presses, and other shop tools Ensure weld quality meets company and project specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist team members on larger builds, assemblies, and custom conveyor projects Follow production schedules and communicate any issues or delays to supervisors Skills & Qualifications: 6 months of MIG welding experience (must be on?the?job experience) Ability to confidently read a tape measure Experience with blueprint reading and welding symbols Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
