Job Description:

As a Regional MDS Coordinator (RN) with American Baptist Homes of the Midwest, you will coordinate and oversee the full collaborative, interdisciplinary assessment, and care planning process in your assigned facilities; You'll need to be knowledgeable and in tune to the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) requirements; and encourage each resident's ability to maintain or attain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.Pay from $100,000-$110,000 based on experienceThis position supports two locations in the Denver, CO area, with possibility to take on additional locations in the future.Flexible work arrangement;We anticipate you will work onsite up to 4 days a week at your main location, Mountain Vista Senior Living, where you will be responsible for the full MDS process. Floor nurses will complete assessments, but you will complete all other portions of the role.You will work 1 day a week at your other location, Health Center at Franklin Park. You will oversee and partner closely with an onsite MDS Coordinator at this location.There is possibility for remote work as it makes sense.What You Need:Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; current, unencumbered Colorado or compact state Registered Nurse (RN) licenseTwo (2) years Long Term Care experience requiredprior experience with MDS assessments requiredMust have familiarity with ICD-10 codingMust reside in the Denver, CO area.Who We Are:ABHM has been proudly providing senior living and health care services throughout our Midwest communities for over 85 years.
